Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the mbijackpot platform via our website or mobile app, you agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions set out in this document. Please read these terms carefully in full before registering or using any services offered by mbijackpot.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the mbijackpot platform. Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities

Registering more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or terminated without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your username and password — secure. mbijackpot will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify us immediately through the available customer support channels.
Users are prohibited from doing any of the following while using the mbijackpot platform:
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or while using the platform.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other method to manipulate or abuse the platform's systems.
- Using the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law.
- Sharing your account with others or allowing third parties to access your account.
- Attempting to cheat the payment system, bonuses, or any other promotional mechanism on the platform.
Payment, Deposit and Withdrawal Information
All financial transactions on mbijackpot are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports payment methods commonly used in Malaysia, including FPX bank transfers (covering all major local banks), Touch 'n Go eWallet, and other local payment options that may be added from time to time.
Users are responsible for ensuring that any bank account or eWallet details submitted for withdrawal purposes are accurate and belong to them. mbijackpot reserves the right to request identity verification or supporting documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding certain thresholds or in cases that raise reasonable suspicion.
Deposits that have been successfully credited to a gaming account cannot be directly refunded except under circumstances provided for by the current withdrawal policy. Any bonus credited to an account is subject to the specified rollover requirements and may not be withdrawn until those requirements have been met in full. Users are advised to read the bonus terms carefully before accepting them.
Liability Limits and Account Suspension Policy

Mbijackpot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business disruption. In any event, mbijackpot's maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
The mbijackpot platform is provided "as is" and we make no guarantee that it will be free from technical disruptions, errors, or viruses. We will endeavour to maintain platform availability at the highest practicable level, though scheduled or unscheduled maintenance may occur from time to time.
Account Suspension and Closure
Mbijackpot reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice if there is a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, use of multiple accounts, or any activity deemed harmful to the platform or other users. If an account is closed due to a violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the severity of the breach. Users whose accounts have been closed for valid reasons may contact the support team for further clarification.
Intellectual Property and Third-Party Content
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the mbijackpot platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations — is the property of mbijackpot or its content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or republish any content from this platform without prior written consent from mbijackpot.
Third-Party Links and Services
The mbijackpot platform may contain links or integrations to third-party services such as game providers, payment processors, and sports content providers. mbijackpot is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is at the user's own risk and subject to the respective third party's terms and conditions.
Changes to Terms and Governing Law
